Service

In order to return any products to BMT for service or repair, please follow these steps:

  • Print and fill out the Service Form, including a Hazardous Material Certification
    (or make an equivalent statmement, signed)

  • Include your contact details (delivery & invoicing address, phone number), serial number(s) and reason of return in all your paperwork accompanying your shipment

  • An RMA is not needed from BMT

  • Ship to:  BMT Messtechnik GmbH, Attn. Service, Güterfelder Damm 87-91, D-14532 Stahnsdorf, Germany
